I found this tool to be almost identical to the Matco Tools one, my coworker has. He paid over 3 times as much as I did on Amazon. I read a review where the dipstick got stuck in the transmission. You don't stick it in all the way to the handle. You only stick it in until the tip on the end touches the bottom. Check final level when vehicle has reached full operating temperature. Google how much transmission fluid your vehicle's transmission takes and what type of fluid.

A must have if you want to check trans fluid levels at home
I got this to check trans fluid on our 2006 dodge magnum it will work fine but you must be carful when inserting the tool only needs to bump bottom of pan don't try to cram all the way in and do not leave in trans

Item arrived with a dipstick and user manual,the mark is clear to read.it fits to 4 different transmissions: 42RLE, 62TE, NAG1 W5A580 and CVT transmission. Each transmission reffers to different chart. This dipstick may be too long for your vehicle,but don't worry ,it does not stay on your car,remove this from your car after checking your transmission fluid level.
