Đầu tiên ta trộn đều 1 quả trứng với 50gr đường. Sau đó mình cho thêm bơ đã làm tan chảy vào đánh cùng hỗn hợp trên.
Cho bột mì vào nữa nè. Và kế đến là sữa tươi. Tất cả đánh nhuyễn cùng với nhau. Các bồ lưu ý là cho sữa tươi từng ít một để đảm bảo hỗn hợp của mình không nát quá nhé.
Sau khi trộn đều xong, mình cán mỏng ra thành miếng tròn tròn. Sau đó thì cho vào lò vi sóng khoảng 1-2 phút là chín liền.
Bánh trứng chín rồi thì ta đem bỏ vô tủ lạnh để làm mát nhé. Sau khi món bánh trứng đã nguội, mình trải bánh ra, phun kem sữa tươi và đặt mấy quả dâu tây lên trên, cuộn tròn lại là xong.
Món trứng tráng mỏng cuộn dâu tây này ăn vào buổi sáng ngon lắm đấy, các teen ạ. Ăn với đĩa mới đúng điệu nè!
